The Zurich Tram Museum needs reinforcement
For our tram museum in the Burgwies we are looking for staff reinforcement for the reception of our customers.
Volunteer work
On the regular opening days of Monday, Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday, from 1pm to 6pm, the museum is run by two people. While one person welcomes visitors at the admission desk in the shop and also sells the range of goods there, the other is in the museum hall as an information desk and supervisor, with the roles alternating during the shift.
Since the museum opened almost 15 years ago, members of the Zurich Tram Museum Association have always supported the museum on a voluntary basis. Not least for reasons of age, personnel gaps have now arisen which we would like to close again through your commitment. Working in the museum service is something very rewarding and satisfying. It's not just about the purely commercial aspects and supervision, but also about conveying enthusiasm and knowledge about the Züritram and Züribus as well as the museum exhibits. Our visitors are very well mixed, from older to very young and from near and far.
