One target - three institutions
The association, the foundation and the support organisation form the three foundations of the Zurich Tram Museum. This is done in close co-operation with the VBZ, the transport company of the city of Zurich.
VTMZ - Association
The members of the Zurich Tram Museum Association bring the museum to life. They take on important tasks:
- Maintaining and restoring the museum vehicles
- Operation of the historic museum lines
- Training of drivers and train attendants
- Management of the historical archive
- Organisation of events
- Promoting young talent with the TMZ Youth
STMZ - Foundation
The foundation manages and operates the Zurich Tram Museum in Burgwies.
FTMZ - Friends' Association
The FTMZ supports projects of the Zurich Tram Museum financially.
